Innocence Lost

The sun has mellowed,
The night is out,
Darkness begins to seize her,
She dare not shout

Her eyes wide open
Too scared to shut
What it might do this time
She contemplates..She must

The time passes by
The early morn seems near,
She waits for sun to shine upon her
But she still got more nights to fear.

1967 Hippie temptation TV documentary

I Wish I Was A Punk Rocker

by Sandi Thomas

Oh I wish I was a punk rocker with flowers in my hair
In '77 and '69 revolution was in the air
I was born too late into a world that doesn't care
Oh I wish I was a punk rocker with flowers in my hair

When the head of state didn't play guitar
Not everybody drove a car
When music really mattered and when radio was king
When accountants didn't have control
And the media couldn't buy your soul
And computers were still scary and we didn't know everything

[Chorus]

When pop stars still remained a myth
And ignorance could still be bliss
And when god saved the queen she turned a whiter shade of pale
My mom and dad were in their teens Instant Song Lyrics
And anarchy was still a dream
And the only way to stay in touch was a letter in the mail

[Chorus]

When record shops were still on top
And vinyl was all that they stocked
And the super info highway was still drifting out in space
Kids were wearing hand me downs
And playing games meant kick arounds
And footballers still had long hair and dirt across their face

[Chorus]

I was born too late into a world that doesn't care
Oh I wish I was a punk rocker with flowers in my hair

The Obssessed King

Look at the world around us
The millions who surround us
That hatred in their eyes
Those hearts scarred by his lies

He ‘the king of the free world’
Sits in his high chair, gives his word
To make this earth a better place
By killing the ones who question his faith

He orders his men to create peace
With a gun in their hands & 10 grenades a piece
I wonder where we will end up
Just like a pawn in someone else’s game?

Is anybody out there???

Star Trek opening quote:

“Space, the final frontier. These are the voyages of the starship Enterprise. Its five-year mission: To explore strange new worlds. To seek out new life and new civilizations. To boldly go where no man has gone before.”

The eternal question for man’s quest of cosmos …”Is anybody out there?” After the advancements in technology by massive leaps and bounds…we, humans, stand tall…thumping our chest…claiming the title of most intelligent life form in the universe.

What if that’s not the case???

What if we are deliberately being avoided by the ET lifeforms? What if we are a plague ..a virus in the universe which has been quarantined? …No physical contact permitted.

Is my theory outrageous… definitely not!!! We have been showing characteristics of being a virus who feeds on its host…keeps on feeding till there is nothing more to extract. When one host dies ..we look for a new host. Viruses never look at sustaining the environment they live in…they act only on instincts of hunger…selfish about their own existence….How different are we???
The countdown to the death of the earth has already begun…

The question is now….Can we get an extention?

Captain Planet where art thou?
